When you’re ready to sit down and relax, you will enjoy a family-style dinner featuring garden-fresh ingredients. You’ll remember your welcome dinner long after you return home.
Your chef, Simona Fabrizio, is a celebrated cooking instructor, private chef, and sommelier from the village of Allerona, about 20 minutes from Benano. Through her business called Sagra in Casa, which roughly translates to “food feast in your home,” Simona shares her her passion for quality, regional Italian cooking and wines. Many of the ingredients in her delicious meals come from her own garden, orchard and olive grove.
Simona brings the food, wine, and spirit of the sagra into the dinners she prepares for our guests upon their arrival. It’s a special and relaxing way to kick off a fabulous stay at the villa.
