Rocca di Benano offers five welcoming bedrooms and four modern bathrooms within a medieval, walled village. Groups of up to 10 people—friends, couples traveling together, families—come to the villa to experience authentic Italy together. The villa has plenty of space for both privacy and togetherness. In addition to the living and dining rooms, there’s a TV/game room and a terrace that is a popular spot for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The villa consists of four floors and each room has its own special charm that will make you feel at home the moment you walk in the door. There are high-end beds and luxurious linens in the bedrooms and—just as important to our guests—modern plumbing in the recently renovated bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed, two have queen-size beds, and each of the other two bedrooms has two twin beds.

Memories you’ll treasure
After the day’s excursion, you can unwind on the beautiful terrace overlooking our neighbor olive grove. Relax with a cool drink or bring your dinner down and dine outside. You can step down into history to the ancient, other-worldly cantina that is stocked for you with local wine, free of charge. Throughout the house, you’ll discover other vestiges of centuries past: original frescoes in the bathrooms, iron rings in walls of a bedroom that was once a stable, and a below-ground cistern. This place is something special!

About the villa
The villa has a wonderfully equipped kitchen for all your needs, and the beds are extremely luxurious and so comfortable. The cantina is something extra special and must be seen in person to really appreciate. I cannot say enough about how much I loved this villa.
